Qualification requirement:
– MBA graduate with a commerce background.
– Preferably specialised in Marketing
– Basic knowledge in Financial Management is an add on.

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Locate and contact potential clients to offer our services through online research and networking.
– Prepare and present effective product demonstrations and our previous works or samples of our services to potential clients.
– Build and maintain excellent relationships with our existing clients.
– Attend to client’s enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
– Communication skills – Expertly communicate the benefits and features of the services we offer in a clearly defined way.
– Be aware of our terms and conditions of sales agreements to negotiate with clients.
– Stay current and up-to-date on competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics.
– Set sales targets in line with the organization, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed the sales goals.
– Maintain detailed records of our sales activities that entail contacts, leads, and opportunities.
– Provide clients with estimates and process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
– Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval. Gather feedback and inputs from clients and communicate it to multiple verticals.
– Be prepared to represent the organization and our services in trade exhibits and similar events.

Experience: 3+ years.

We seek a Client Relationship Executive – Intern to join our dynamic branding and digital marketing agency.
This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively handle client interactions and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate internally with our project teams to keep track of project status and updates.
– Maintain clear and regular communication channels with clients to ensure they are well-informed about project progress.
– Demonstrate professionalism and promptness when dealing with client queries, whether through phone or email.
– Prior experience in client handling and coordination would be a plus, although not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications: Any degree (freshers welcome)
